In my youth group we frequently play Capture the Flag. I always seem to run out of ideas for strategies. Does anyone have any good Capture the Flag ideas?

Not a clue, but then again, it's been 40+ years since I played that. In my distant and dim memory, I recall that we used to bluff by sending out a strong group in a direct fashion, and while the opposition was busy chasing them off, we would send in the smallest, most passive, least likely member of our group, alone to capture the flag while nobody was paying attention. Works fine a time or two, but it does not take long for the opposition to pick up on that trick.

Ignore that advice my dear. When confronting the enemy, one must impart an air of extreme confidence. The next time you play, I would suggest doing this. This lets them know up front that failing to yield to your desires brings consequence. Of course, you might have to actually follow through with it if you lose, but that will pay off for you the next time you play.
